The Live Long Private studio was designed around one idea — that the environment where you do this work should be as intentional as the work itself. Private, calm, and built for people serious about health transformation.

THE LOUNGE

Where sessions often begin and sometimes end. Comfortable, quiet, and completely unhurried. A time for discussion and reflection. There's no clock running and no next client waiting outside.

THE CONFERENCE ROOM

On those occasions when it’s time to spread out to do the work, there’s a dedicated space with a conference table for computers and notebooks along with a big screen TV for illustrations or educational presentations.

THE MOVEMENT ROOM

The finest professional-grade equipment available in a private setting. The same equipment you’ll find at major college facilities for their athletes. Everything you need. Nothing you don't. Designed for functional, purposeful training — not bodybuilding or performance for an audience.

THE SAUNA

A custom built Finnish dry sauna for recovery, not novelty. Heat therapy is one of the most research-supported tools available for metabolic health, cardiovascular function, and longevity. The sauna is available for your use every time you’re in the studio and is likely to become the favorite part of your sessions.

THE KITCHEN

A fully equipped kitchen for cooking demonstrations, recipe exploration, and the occasional honest conversation about what's actually in your pantry at home. And while you’re there, grab an electrolyte drink out of the refrigerator.

THE SUITE

A private suite with a full bath — for a quick shower after a workout, a change of clothes before your next appointment, or even a 15-minute nap prior to heading to the airport. Use it however you need it.

THE PROPERTY‍ ‍

The studio sits on a private property in Franklin, Tennessee — surrounded by open land, mature trees, and the kind of quiet that's getting harder to find. For clients who want complete anonymity, there is a private garage entrance that brings you directly inside. No one needs to know you're here.

When the weather is nice, there's even a discreet space outside — an extension of the studio — where relaxing discussions can take place.
