Overview


What This Actually Is

This is not a program or a protocol. It is not a 30-day reset or a detox or a meal plan emailed to you every Sunday night.

This is a coaching relationship — deep, personal, and unlike anything you have likely experienced from anyone else. It will go places those relationships never went. It will ask things of you those relationships never asked. And it will give you something those relationships never could.

How We Work Together

In a typical week, we'll meet in person two to three times. Our sessions are not fixed at 45 minutes with a hard stop when the next client walks in. Depending on where you are and what you need, a session might run 60 minutes. It might run two and a half hours. The point is not to watch the clock. The point is to get healthy — once and for all — and that takes a real commitment of time, energy, and focus. You'll bring it. So will I.

Every session is built around you and will draw from some combination of:

  • Coaching and Education — understanding what is actually happening in your body, why it's happening, and precisely what we're going to do about it. You will leave every session knowing more than when you arrived.

  • Fitness — purposeful, progressive, and appropriate for exactly where you are right now. Not punishment. Not performance. Training that builds the strength, power, and physical capacity that changes your health trajectory in ways that nothing else can.

  • Recovery — sauna, light therapy, breathwork, or simply time to decompress and reflect. Recovery is not a reward for hard work. It is part of the work.

24/7/365 Access

This is not a Monday-Wednesday-Friday relationship that ends when you walk out the door. If something comes up at 8pm on a Tuesday, you reach out. I'm accessible.

That kind of access is rare. In this practice, it's standard.

Built for Privacy

You will never share this space with anyone else. The entire 2,000 square foot facility is yours — one client at a time, always. Complete privacy, zero pretense. Come exactly as you are.

For those who want complete anonymity, there is a dedicated private garage entrance that brings you directly into the studio. No waiting room. No other clients. No one needs to know you're here.

Who This Is For

Men and women, generally over the age of 30, who are ready to change their health.

My particular focus is metabolic health — insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, Type II diabetes, and the many chronic conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, excess fat, etc.) that travel with them. If that's your situation, lifestyle change does some of its most remarkable work right here. Through the many changes we make together, many people reverse insulin resistance entirely, lose enough fat to reach their desired weight, and lower blood pressure. Some come off medication — completely — for a number of conditions.

If metabolic health isn't your issue but your health has been moving in the wrong direction for too long, you're still in the right place.

The Goal

Most people come to me like their health is a project, a burden, or an obligation. One more thing on a list that never gets shorter.

The goal — and I've seen it happen — is the moment a client looks up and realizes: I don't need to do this. I get to do this.

Good health becomes a natural part of them. That shift is everything. That's what we're building toward.

How to Get Started

I only work with five to eight clients at a time. Primarily by referral, and I'm generally working from a waiting list.

We begin by doing some lab work — ordered by either you or your physician — as well as a number of physical assessments.

IMPLEMENTATION

The work begins. Every session is personal, intentional, and built around pursuing your health goals together.

CELEBRATION & MAINTENANCE

My goal for you is self-efficacy. Essentially, that means you will have reached your goals and you will no longer need me.

  • I offer one-on-one premium concierge services in a private, dedicated health optimization environment. Pricing is discussed during our initial discovery conversation. It is not published on the site.

  • No, though many clients come through physician referrals or other healthcare providers. Anyone who is serious about their health is welcome to reach out.

  • Completely. Although not a requirement for health coaches, this practice is HIPAA-compliant. With your written permission, I will occasionally communicate directly with your physician — which often accelerates results significantly.

  • There is a six-month minimum commitment. Most engagements run six to twelve months, after which the goal is that you no longer need me.
